Heavenly Outpour Church (HOC) Network is a conglomerate of Kentucky State University alums, friends, and families that have been impacted by Gospel of Jesus Christ. "HOC Network is a Kingdom culture that seeks to provide resources, fellowship, community, and training that will further the development of "Christ in you" and allow us to establish the Kingdom of God locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
